    I called them for a septic cleaning quote and had them actually come out to the house to clean the septic. However, they could not find the septic tank cover to do the cleaning. They weren't even at the house for 5 minutes and left never got my septic cleaned. If you would like a professional company call someone else.

I’m happy to come back personally to help you find your septic cover, our understanding was that the homeowner would direct us to the cover. If a homeowner doesn’t know where the septic is they will need the Title 5 site plan. You can get this from your broad of health. Again, my apologies because we want to take care of our new customers as well as we care for our existing customers and be the best septic pumping and service company along route 2, Worcester county and beyond.     Great Guy!!! Great Service!!!! Great Price!!! He even came out on a Sunday morning to help us out! Couldnt ask for better service....Thanks again....

    FRAUD ALERT! I hired them for a Title V inspection. They overcharged me and "couldn't find" the distribution box. They came back a week later after trying to charge us extra to dig for it, even though it's their job. They still couldn't find it! They told us they'd be back on the weekend to dig up my yard with a tractor. I finally had enough and called someone else because they were holding up the sale of my house. They found the distribution box in 20 minutes and passed my system.
