About Lambasio Incorporated

From the website of Lambasio Incorporated, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Lambasio Incorporated handles the two septic jobs Galesburg homeowners most often face: pumping out a tank that has filled up, and installing a brand new system at the house. The company says a full tank is a dirty job its crew doesn't mind doing, and it invites a call whenever a new installation is needed. Both services are offered here in Galesburg.

Called them for an emergency inspection a few months ago for a bad sewer line pipe and got a good quote really fast. Even though we couldn’t afford it right away, when we called them earlier in May they were right on it with a new quote and getting the work done as fast and efficiently as possible. Their customer service is top tier and their plumbers are fantastic, answered all our questions even if it wasn’t about the current project! (We’re new home owners). Will definitely be a reoccurring customer when we need it!

We recently replaced a 25-year-old furnace with a new Trane system. Scheduling was quick and the quoting process was professional, but the installation itself was more difficult than expected. The initial install required corrections for leveling and sealing, and additional visits were needed to reconnect our humidifier and address electrical installation issues. Some aspects of the system, such as thermostat compatibility and how to access the furnace’s full variable fan capability, were not clearly explained during the bidding process.

Whoever is representing this business and the main contact for Lambasio has poor customer service. I have been lied to, false reports sent in, and a lack of communication or responsibility taken. I was told I would hear from this company, but had to reach out multiple times myself. I believe they were hoping the “problem” would disappear. No accountability was taken in the mistake made by their company. Instead the blame was attempted to be put on me and my lack of having the right contract when in fact the service was denied because the wrong date was put in.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe crews that move fast when a drain backs up. Bethany called on a Saturday night over a clogged basement drain and got "very prompt service", with Bryson phoning to say he was on the way before clearing the line and explaining where the drains ran. Chloe recounts an emergency call over a bad sewer line that brought a quick quote, and Amber writes that the company has done years of work for her family.

Local Ground

Around Galesburg, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Galesburg city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

A tank that fills faster than it used to, or drains that run slow, raise the question of whether another pump-out will do or a brand new system should go in. Lambasio pumps tanks and installs new systems, so one call covers either answer. It is fair to ask on the phone what they would check first.
