About Lake Charles Septic Tank Cleaning

From the website of Lake Charles Septic Tank Cleaning, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Lake Charles Septic Tank Cleaning handles the two ends of septic ownership. The crew pumps and cleans tanks on the typical 3 to 5 year cycle, clearing out sludge and scum before they block a line or back up the drain field. New systems are the other half of the work. For new construction or replacement of an old system, the company designs and installs a septic system suited to the soil, slope and water table on the lot.

They pump, install, and repair septic systems . They sell and install risers, so you don't have to dig them up. Affordable prices, quick services, an expert craftsmanship available for your septic needs. They have served the community and nearby areas for decades. Family owned and operated.

They don't make companies like this anymore. Called to have my septic emptied because we thought that was the problem. It turned out to be a drain clog, but they didn't try to empty it anyway charging me unnecessary money. Even called me the next day to see if I had my issue resolved. Definitely recommend. My neighbor has been using their service for years too.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customer reviews describe fast response more than anything. Julie writes "Next day service when I called!" and Benjamin tells of office help that walked him through finding his tank by phone, then a next-day appointment when his system went down. Keven describes a call to have his tank emptied, and a crew that found the real trouble was a drain clog instead, so he was not charged for a pumping he did not need. Paula says the same people have cleaned her tanks for years.

Around Shade Gap, the main drain-field limit is a high water table: the saturated zone sits too close to the surface for a conventional field. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Shade Gap city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

When a system slows, the question is whether a pumping will settle it or the drain field has reached the end of its life, and this crew does both jobs. One phone call can narrow it down. Ask what the crew would check first on a system like yours.
