I wish Fred Krueger never sold this business and would take it back. So many people do. Some guy that looks like an old lady bought the business a few years ago and it's gone down hill ever since. He/she a very odd person to say the least. They only operate with one truck and it's a dinosaur looking thing that looks like it's held together by duct tape. I also saw where this new owner was sued by a customer this year because he has no clue what he's doing. Good grief. We miss good ole Fred.

Amazing people! A truck went down for maintenance, but once they got it back up and running, they showed up late at night to make sure everything got taken care of. Truly appreciate people who go above and beyond! ❤️

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL I had my septic tank pumped by this company last year, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. They appeared to pump out the water but left a significant amount of sludge behind. I had to make them come back and finish the job. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company earlier this week was even more concerning. I came home and saw the company servicing my elderly neighbor’s septic tank. Wasn't the same employee that did my servics.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the feedback. All issues regarding this event have been resolved. We strive for professionalism and customer satisfaction. We are sincerely sorry that you had to witness this situation.

Excellent service. I wish I would have called them the first time because another company didn't completely empty my tank. Very informative and cleaned up nicely. Same day service!

We found out that our septic needed to be drained out, and Krueger‘s were the first people that I called and at first they couldn’t get us in until the end of the week and then a little bit later they called back and said that they could come today and they were at our house within the next half hour. The guy that came out was very helpful gave us some tips that we didn’t know and very professional and nice. And then when I went to go pay, our bank cards were having some issues And they were very patient and kind about it and understand understanding!
