Great and timely service. The $252. Extra cost for a smooth sided toilet was outrageous but I suspect that was from the warranty service . I am very pleased on general and am considering a water softener if I get more positive reviews . Five stars

Response from the owner

Thank you sir! We pride ourselves on response time.

Caleb and the gentleman he was working with were friendly, and super helpful! They were able to figure out the problem and worked on getting it cleared. I was able to schedule for next day appointment when I called with my issue. 10 out of 10 would recommend Kremer plumbing. I'm so grateful for the help and how quick they were able to resolve my issue!

Our home warranty company sent Kremers to install our new water heater. I could have not asked for a friendlier and knowledgeable team to replace our 1989 water tank! Thanks again!

Response from the owner

Out with the old, in with the new! Thanks
