I had an absolutely appalling experience with this septic company. We called them to get an estimate for their services and they sent someone to our property. However, after another phone call, where we expressed that we couldn't afford their services, the person from the company thought they had hung up and we overheard them calling us names and belittling us for having a rusty roof and other items around our property. As someone who is currently renovating my property, I was shocked and appalled by their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for potential customers.

Around Big spring, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Big spring city page for the full soil profile.
