This was my third time using Kent for a septic inspection, and they were fantastic! I don’t recall the names of the two gentlemen who came out, but they were both thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They also did an amazing job cleaning up, you couldn’t even tell anything had been dug up. Highly recommend Kent!

The tech (Steven) was early to the appointment and had already started when we got there. His explanation of the process and his findings was informative and comprehensive. I learned a lot about the system and how to prolong its usefulness. He also showed us the limits of the leaching field so we know where it is safe to add outbuildings and to stack snow. You could not do better than this company!

I first used Kent Septic for a septic inspection before purchasing my home. The technician was extremely friendly and took the time to show me inside the tanks, explain how the septic system and leach field worked, and educate me on how to properly maintain everything. I knew nothing about septic systems beforehand, so I truly appreciated his patience and willingness to teach me. After purchasing the house, I called Kent Septic back for a tank pumped out The technician who came was an experienced gentleman who was incredibly hardworking and clearly took pride in what he did.

Kents had one of their Septic Techs come out for an inspection to the property I am purchasing in Litchfield, NH and they did an awesome job. On time, very friendly, direct and clear communication. Education to myself for the existing conditions of the tank. I was also happy to see that Kents sent out a technician who was also a veteran. I received the inspection report a few days later and the cost was adequate for their service conducted.

Reviewers name the techs who came out, among them Steven, Kevin and Brianna, and one report landed in less than 24 hours. Daniel wrote about a "same day emergency pumpout", and Susan says the company has serviced her home since 2007.

Before You Call

Whether you are buying or have owned for years, the call comes down to timing. A buyer chooses when to book the pre-purchase septic inspection so the report arrives before closing day, and a homeowner decides whether the tank is due for a pump-out. On the phone, one question covers it: how soon can a crew come out?
