Kendall Septic Service in Spring Lake, MI

Our septic tank pump failed in 2019, we hired Kendall to replace it. It failed again, last week- only 6 years later... We got Bulldog and Andy's involved, and both said the install by Kendall in 2019 was incorrect. Too small of a pump for our system and not a very good reliable model. We've had some electrical stuff contributing to the issue as a whole, but the pump itself was no good to begin with. In 2019 my husband and I were brand new homeowners, dealing with a septic issue we knew nothing about and trusted that it was all going to be done correctly. Really disappointed.

I had a issue with a clogged pipe. Paul came out and was very helpful. Even though he could not take care of the issue that day he went above and beyond to try to help. Very much appreciate his work ethic. Thank you. I would also like to shout out to Michelle who also went above and beyond to make the situation right. Thank you for your kindness Kendall,Rapid Flush and especially PaulPaul

I'm new to the septic systems, I have had city sewer all my life. I was concerned about when to have it empty. This company could of taken my $200, but instead the driver educated me and said he would wait 2 more years. Did not charge me, and opened bit up to make sure the system was working correctly. They will always have my business and I will make sure all my neighbors know about this. Thank you!!!!!
