About Ken Allen's Septic, LLC & Portable Toilet Services

From the website of Ken Allen's Septic, LLC & Portable Toilet Services, read 16 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Ken Allen's Septic installs risers and does excavation work on septic systems. A riser brings the tank's access point up to the surface, so the next service visit does not require digging across the lawn. The company also runs portable toilet services and says it has been family owned since 1957.

I highly recommend this company. Mr Allen took care of all of the problems we were having with our septic tank and pipes . He responded to my phone call immediately and came the same day. He pumped the tank and discovered that we had issues with the pipes. He came back in a timely manner and dug up the problem pipe and replaced it with a new one. He works hard and gets the job done for a reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again in the future if needed. Professional, friendly and prompt !

Call no other! Ken provided prompt, professional service. He actually CALLED ME BACK! We just needed routine septic maintenance, but he was able to fit us in his schedule right away. It was great to get this task off of my "to do list".

Hands down amazing service! Called them at 8am to pump our 2000 gallon tank and they were there a few hours later. Very helpful to check to make sure our leach system is working and things look good. Very reasonably priced.

An emergency situation presented at 7:00AM and was resolved by 1:30PM thanks to the great service we received! Caston was knowledgeable, kind and gracious during our time of panic. He located our sewer cover buried far below the ground with a layer of snow on top in about 10 minutes. We are grateful for the outcome and speedy service! Highly recommend Ken Allen's Septic!

I spent the whole weekend calling leaving messages with anyone that does septic tanks. Kens Allen's septic was the only one to call me back! Not only that he was able to show up then same day and take care of the problem! He answered any questions that I had. he gave quotes, I know not everything goes as planed but the end bill was true to the quote. He was kind and professional, friendly even joked around with us. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

Speed comes up in review after review. Bev says Mr Allen "came the same day", pumped her tank and then returned to dig up and replace a problem pipe. James called at 8 in the morning to have a 2,000 gallon tank pumped and says the crew arrived a few hours later. Answering the phone is another theme. Crystal says the company was the only one to return her call after a weekend of messages, and D says Ken fit her routine maintenance into the schedule right away. Christopher describes a 7:00 AM emergency resolved by early afternoon, with Caston finding the tank cover buried under snow.

Before You Call

One decision for a tank that has never had a riser is whether to add one at the next pump-out, since it makes the tank easier to reach and leaves less disturbance in the lawn. When you call to schedule service, ask whether the crew can set a riser during the same visit.
