About KDJR Septic and Excavation, Gravity Flow

From the website of KDJR Septic and Excavation, Gravity Flow, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

KDJR Septic and Excavation, Gravity Flow installs new septic systems and schedules septic inspections for local homeowners and businesses. Their site says an installation starts with test pits, dug to show how the ground varies across a lot and to settle on the ideal location for the system. A custom design follows, drawn for the specific property, and the build itself goes in with the county approvals. Inspection is the other half of the work. A homeowner who needs a system checked, for a sale or for their own property, books that visit with the same company that does the building.

Awesome Job by Gravity Flow and owner Ken Dorney Jr. Bought a new house and the septic failed, called KDJR to redo the leach field. Kenny came out, did a site visit, walked me through the process and completed the job within a couple weeks exactly if not better than what I expected. Thank you Kenny to you and your team for your professionalism and hard work!! I highly recommend Kenny Dorney Jr and Gravity Flow for your next septic job! Bubba Schomber

If there weren’t already other reviews, I would think this was a fake company. Had an extremely bizarre experience with them. I hired them to do a septic inspection for property I was purchasing. It took them a week to get this report back to me - a week to scan two pieces of paper on the computer and email it to me. At this point they inform me there is a repair that NEEDS to be done or settlement won’t happen. The inspector failed to mention this and as it turned out it was a lie anyway. So I give them a 50% deposit and literally never hear from them again.

    Response from the owner

Christian, we performed a septic inspection and submitted that report February 12th.. there were no lies.. your pump is/was hanging in the air inside your dosing tank and you needed your concrete lid updated to a steel locking lid, this is a county code. The county has 7 to 10 days to review our inspection report and issue the official letter of determination. They issued thier official letter 2 weeks later.. the 2nd week of march. We than sent you a repair proposal, once signed, the repair permit application was sent to you, it was signed February 20th. We than submitted the repair application to the county. 6 days later it was approved. My office than received a very ignorant phone call from you. When i received the news, i called you 2 times. Than i emailed you " Christian please give me a call back so we can have a professional conversation". No response to either. I than calculated, county fees + time spent in preparation of your permit application and advised my office to refund your money back to you. You were very rude and agnorant again. Please return my email so we can set up a time to discuss this professionally and get it resolved. Ken

If I could give ZERO stars, I would !! I am a local Realtor in the area and my client has been waiting roughly TWO YEARS to have her septic installed by this company. Both myself and my client have been met with nothing but countless unanswered calls, rude customer service, and constant delayed excuses. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, they either ignored us or were incredibly unprofessional whenever they did decide to respond .

    Great Experience with Gravity Flow!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviews of finished jobs keep circling back to installs. Nick had a septic system replaced and called the service excellent, Anthony credited Ken and his team with taking care of the property during a new install, and Charlie noted how much pride the crew took in leveling his yard after the tank went in. Bubba's leach field failed on a house he had just bought, and he says Kenny came out for a site visit and "walked me through the process" before finishing the work within a couple weeks. Kathy thanked Ken, his crew and the office staff for keeping a long renovation on schedule.

Before You Call

When a closing date drives the timeline, the order of calls matters. A septic inspection booked first tells you whether the existing system stays or whether a new installation is the job to plan for, and one question worth asking on the phone is how soon test pits can go in the ground.
