This is a business is amazing. They do what no one wants to deal with, and they do it with professionalism and fast service. They also advise how to avoid problems in the future which is appreciated.

Charging me for a free estimate that comes with an inspection didn't know what was wrong with it and told me something completely different. Tried to charge me overall $800 to fix a wire that was just too tight and needed to be redone on the pump. I'm not sure if this is all their people, if he didn't know what he was doing, or if they just don't understand how to do inspections right. Maybe they do great pump work, but I will never come back. Here again

Response from the owner

Hi Kyle, we take reviews and customer concerns seriously, so we immediately checked our records after seeing this. We keep meticulous records of our service calls, maintenance contracts, real estate inspections, estimates, invoices, and customer communications, and we cannot locate any customer or job matching your name or the situation described in this review. We are also very transparent about our pricing before performing work. Based on what you’ve described (including an $800 repair involving wiring on a pump) we believe you may have us confused with another company. We are located in Texas and would be happy to investigate further if this was in fact a service call performed by us. Please contact us directly with the service address, invoice number, or date of service so we can locate the job and address your concerns. If the work was performed by another company, we would appreciate you removing the review and posting it to the correct business.

Had the best experience. What a great family run business. These guys came out on a day's notice in the middle of nowhere to a ranch house that had no cell phone service and along a road that most vehicles could not travel. Dominic was fantastic to work with, explained the process, the equipment I had ( new house purchase) ...took care of our issue and went above and beyond what I could have expected. Extremely courteous and just good people to work with. Only issue I might have is that I think they're pricing was a little bit low for the service that they performed.

Received great services from Juice’s again today. Pumped out our system and made sure it was clean and clear of all sediment and roots. They were very careful driving in and out of the property under tight conditions.
