Jontel Septic reached out and fully reimbursed me for the emergency repair costs. While the initial oversight on the riser and communication delay were frustrating, the owner took accountability and completely resolved the matter financially. I appreciate them taking responsibility and making things right.

Whether you're having a good day or a bad day, for a reasonable price, Jontel's crew will deal with your shit. From reception desk, Morgan is friendly and gets the process in motion to the field. Less than 24 hours from my initial phone call, the guys punctual (an hour early in might add). From, locating, digging, and then quite literally sucking, tank was cleaned out. Respectfully closed everything up, and were on their way in no time. They were referred to me and I will now refer them to others. Thank you for getting it done!!!! Kara M Cervantes

They arrived and got right to the job and got it done. No swearing 0r cussing. what they tore up or moved, they fixed before they left. They did not mind explaining the new setup and why. They were polite even at times when I got in the way. They were a very respectful team. I enjoyed them.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Clarence, yes sometimes there is no way to know where homeowners place their waterlines. You are a very nice man and it's always nice working with you. Hope you have a great rest of your year.

I haven't had the opportunity to hire this company just yet but I just had a fantastic and valuable phone call with a gentlemen named Thomas and his trainee. The customer service was excellent! I called about a specific property and unique situation that we are looking to hire for but needed information first. Jontel Septic went out of their way to patiently educate me on the situation, my options and the possibilities. They are going out of their way to get information for me before we even hire them, I look forward to experiencing their service on the field now! Thank you so much!

    Response from the owner

We too appreciated speaking with you. We look forward to working with you, and it is always nice to speak with nice and honest people. We hope you have a wonderful rest of your year. Thank you again from the Jontel Team.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several property owners mention crew members such as Victor and Alex by name for prompt emergency visits, with Julie noting that technicians "came out right away" to assist. Field crews locate buried tanks, pump waste, adjust line cleanouts, and smooth the disturbed soil before departure. One customer, Val, experienced an initial delay in communication and an issue with a tank riser that the business resolved.
