5 Stars - Above and Beyond Service! I can't thank Johnson's Septic Service enough for their incredible service. Their technician went above and beyond to locate my father-in-law's (Army vet) septic tank, despite several unsuccessful attempts. He didn't hesitate to crawl into the tight, uncomfortable crawl space, braving all the nasty to get us a starting point. Even though he initially mentioned he couldn’t pump after dark, once I produced a headlamp, he was determined to finish the job. His dedication to getting it done, no matter the obstacles, was really impressive.

Top notch customer service. Prompt, communicative, helpful, and willing to work a little harder.

Called on Monday and they were out on Tuesday morning for a non-emergency septic pump. Friendly staff and super quick service and reasonably priced! Thanks Johnson Septic! Will use them again!
