Had this gentleman scheduled to clean out our tanks for this past monday. He called and notified us that he had a vehicle failure over the weekend and that he would be here Tuesday. Cool, no worries. Tuesday came, no call no show. Yesterday, same thing. I texted today and got a response of "I can do it Saturday". A to Z was already completing the work as he texted me back. I would say John isnt very "reliable".

I’ve used John’s Reliable Septic more than once now, and both experiences have been excellent. Back in 2024, I had an emergency issue with the outlet line from the house. They came out quickly, assessed the problem, and recommended another company to cut and clear what remained of the original cast iron pipe so we could at least have temporary septic service. After that, John’s Reliable Septic came back out and replaced the bad section with PVC. Because the line was under the deck, they couldn’t use an excavator and had to dig it out by hand.
