I have known the owner for a long time. I worked with him and his company on a large project with a corporate customer of mine. Professional and excellent work.

We were haveing drainage issues on our property and had JL Contracting tie our down spouts into drainage tile and run it down to the ditch. He also brought in fill dirt for the low areas. Following Jasons recomendations we no longer have standing water around the house. Jason was very professional and excellent communication the whole time. He got in and got it done in a very timely manner.

What started as a simple porch replacement in June has turned into a nightmare. Poor customer service and refuses to fix the pooling problem correctly. Concrete splatter left on everything from my siding, driveway, and existing city sidewalk. Project has to be redone.

    Response from the owner

Good Morning, we understand how you could have been upset. It was a very rainy season that year. We showed up multiple times to work on your project just to be met with heavy downfall. But I would say that to have it completely redone isn’t something that was necessary nor have you yet to have it replaced after 4 years. We offered to coat the top and do whatever was needed to keep your satisfaction. We really offered to help anyway to meet your standards. And still if there is anything we can do to get this review up to a better standing or removed would be our #1 goal! Thank You!
