He was supposed to do in full inspection and never emptied my tank. Ran over my Septic field with his little tractor told me not to fill my own yard and my husband was in the yard with me and I was filming everything he had no right going over my Septic bed and then he told the people and he wrote a town that in his opinion that the tank was cracked because it was filled. Needless to say ask the guy did I pump this tank the other day do you remember he never pumped the tank because it was filled then he told us all the tank is filled again probably cause it’s cracked.

    Response from the owner

Good Afternoon Maureen, I looked up this job that was performed in 2023. We replaced 2' of an outlet pipe that was crushed. After the repair system is working properly. The septic tank was never pumped and never talked about. Also, you were obstructing our real estate septic inspection by shutting off all the water during our Hydro-flow test of the disposal bed. You recorded the entire repair and said we don't know how to do our job, we are professional septic company that puts 100% into our work and have 97 5 stars with excellent reviews. The disposal bed is over 2 feet below grade and a mini excavator is not gonna damage any of the lateral lines for the disposal bed. Your review here is inaccurate and false and once again, this was from 2023 three years! ago and you're leaving a review now.

Excellent service. Matt provided prompt phone and text replies, if not instant, and answered all my questions. Matt and Rider did a great job on my sewer line replacement. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I recently had my septic tanks cleaned by Jersey Shore Septic and Sewer, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Kevin and the entire crew were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed properly. The job was done efficiently, the work area was left clean, and their attention to detail really stood out. It’s not often you find a company that combines great customer service with quality workmanship, but these guys did exactly that.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

The reviews describe septic tank pump outs and cleanings more than anything else. Kevin is the name that comes up most as the technician on the job. Hugo credits him with finding a buried tank lid, cleaning the tank and putting the grass back in place, and Aimee says he explained how to keep her system running without trouble. Speed comes up often too. Lally called about a possible leak on a Sunday afternoon and had someone there Monday morning, and Luke reports Matt got a technician to his house within 45 minutes. On the larger jobs, Rick writes that Matt and Rider "did a great job on my sewer line replacement."
