I just wanted to say thank you again to the guy (I should have gotten his name) that came to our house today and explained everything to me. I appreciate him explaining it and asking what we wanted before he just pumped it to pump it and saved us money. We will definitely be calling you guys again when needed. Also thank you to the sweet lady I spoke to on Sunday for explaining things as well. You guys are awesome! Thank you all so much!

Where to start. Was told price over phone for services. That’s fine. It was just for a pump and camera inspection. Guy shows up abd says he unclogged something and 200 gallons flushed out. I didn’t give approval to unclog anything. Then says tank is settling, I’ll need a new one. Sends estimator out. Neverwas given the estimate. Never was given the invoice for pump and inspection. Had to put a card on file before they’d come out but explicitly stated I wanted to use a different card to pay.
