I had a question related to a septic system on our property. Jamie answered my call, asked a few questions, and gave me a recommendation. I was impressed with his knowledge, understanding, and willingness to help. In the end, the problem didn't require him, or any septic company to come out for service since and he generously helped me over the phone. Jamie is a person you can trust; unlike other companies that will charge you and ask questions later, he helped me out like a friend expecting nothing in return.
