    He came right when we called, gave amazing service and was a joy to be around! He is great about finding the problem and finding a solution as fast as he can.     I have contacted Jack twice in the last 6 months regarding a new house build with an existing septic system. Each time he answered the questions that I had with patience, kindness and professionalism. As he answered my latest questions, he explained that the rules that govern construction in Oregon required a plumber to do the work from the house to the septic tank. The bottom line is that he has taken 15 minutes of his time to answer multiple questions even though it appears I will not require his services. William Kidd

    He was the most reliable person to do work for me since I started getting work done. He was exceptionally good and kind and explained everything in detail. He went beyond the norm in leaving everything nice when left. He is a sweet gentleman. His workers were great too. I would absolutely recommend this company. You will not be sorry.
