Professional! Courteous! Currently, and we are so thankful they do 🙏, they work with American Home Shield. We understand that is alot of paperwork and procedure to go through but we can't thank you all enough for it!! Doug is Amazing! No septic stays down when J&M pumping is around! Thanks Again!

They answered the first time I called and setup a scheduled service quickly. They called before arriving and were knowledgable about what needed to be done without damaging other systems and the lawn. I’d use them again for sure.

Homeowners report fast turnarounds for septic tank pump-outs, with trucks often dispatched the same day or arriving after hours to restore drainage. The crew includes technician Doug, who handled home warranty paperwork for one caller, while drivers phoned ahead before pulling into the yard. Kirk said the technicians worked "without damaging other systems and the lawn" while inspecting and clearing the tank.
