These guys are awesome, called on a weekend and they came out first thing on Monday before I had to leave for work. They fixed my septic pump that burnt out as well as making my outlet less likely to get shorted/damaged. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks y'all

J & J were the only company that was responsive with an actual “show.” And...I live much out of their normal range. This cost a bit more-but worth it!! Joe originally told me he wasn’t able to squeeze me in for a day or so, but his mom called back (Quickly and) they came they next morning (with updates on time) Even cable companies don’t do that!!! They fixed the problem and gave advice on how to manage things for the future!! Amazing! So “great-ful!”, After over a week of waiting on other companies to return calls and to show. Thanks J and J’

Very honest and respectful people. Worked hard to do the job and do it correctly. Would recommend to anyone getting their septic pumped to use them, you would be very happy.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners describe calling for tank pumping and urgent repairs on failed pumps. Crews routinely arrived the same day or the following morning to empty tanks and replace damaged components. Joe and his mother coordinated scheduling for the crew, with Kelley noting that the technicians "took the time to educate me" on system care.
