    Just so you know, as a homeowner, there are over a hundred dollars to show up because they're gonna sticker shock you.With a hundred and fifty dollar job being five hundred dollars.Buyer beware !!!!

We understand that pricing is an important consideration when choosing a service company, and we respect every customer’s decision whether or not to proceed with a repair. We would, however, like to clarify our process for anyone reading this review. Our $129 diagnostic service fee is disclosed at the time the appointment is booked. This covers having a licensed professional come to the home, evaluate the problem, and determine the appropriate repair. During normal business hours, that fee is waived when the customer proceeds with a paid repair. Once the issue has been diagnosed, we provide the repair price before any work is performed. The customer can then choose whether or not they would like us to proceed. There are no surprises after the repair has been completed. We recognize that our pricing may not be the lowest available, and we don't expect to be the right fit for every customer. Our pricing reflects the cost of employing trained, licensed professionals, arriving with properly equipped service vehicles, and standing behind the repairs we perform with a warranty. We believe customers deserve to know the cost before work begins and have the opportunity to make an informed decision. That is exactly the process we followed in this situation, and it is the same process we follow with every customer.

    Troy very nice and efficient. Made sure middle bathroom toilet wasn't leaking at base and flushed properly. Gave various options for replacing toilet in back bathroom and their quotes. Explained each option clearly and its pros and cons. Once we made a decision, he ordered parts and scheduled return visit to do replacement in 2 days.
