I called and was answered by a rude woman. I asked her a question, but she didn't know what the store sells. I asked about insulation for 1/2-inch copper pipes, and she told me they don't carry that for water heater pipes. She was also very rough when she hung up. They need to be careful with employees like that; they damage companies.

We took the opportunity to go there to pick up an order we needed and we received excellent service.
