Always a pleasant experience with Barb and all the employees, most recently Steve handled a tank pump out for me, there was a little extra unexpected work getting to the lids but steve was very helpful and patient with me as we figured it out. I have used this company 6 times over the years and have referred them to others many times they are great!

Barb was so pleasant and helpful over the phone. Called with some concerns and they came out the very next day. Steven was great! Answered all of our questions while the tank was being emptied and patient as we tried to locate where the lids were located. As far as pricing goes, they were very reasonable. They were in the price range of others, but it came back down to being personable and helpful :) Will definitely use in the future!

I'm in the process of selling my parents' house and of course the inspection said that I had to get the septic tank pumped out. No surprise there. So I went with Howell Sanitary Co as recommended by my realtor. I'm so glad I did. Not only that Hunter did a wonderful job , he was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job and very efficient. Barb the person handling the calls was awesome and very friendly. Even after I called her several times. I may have to change my past Septic company to Howell Sanitary for my own home in the future. Thank you, Barb and Hunter.

Before You Call

For slow drains, odors, sewage backup, or standing water, a homeowner can ask whether the next step should be septic pumping or a repair visit. That distinction helps frame the service request.
