    Horizon was great. I had a major sewer issue and it was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. The crews came out and did the initial evaluation on Friday morning. Then the owner came out an went over with me exactly needed to happen. The major repair work started on Monday and was all completed by Tuesday. During the work the crews were kind and courteous. They answered any questions that I had. When the work was done they returned my yard back to the condition that it was in when they started. I would not hesitate to call these guys again although I am hoping I don't need to.

    We live an hour away, so we know it’s hard to service our area. Regardless, Horizon took an $800 deposit and said they could come out the next day. The next day came and went and they ghosted us. We called back the following day and they said they were too busy and couldn’t help us. We are waiting to get our deposit back. We called Roto Rooter of Gallup and they came out that morning and did our job for a fraction of the price Horizon quoted us. We are so happy we found a good plumber (Roto Rooter) and we will not be doing any business with Horizon going forward. Avoid them!

    Good morning! As stated in my previous response to your yelp review, we had emergencies- We had a convenience store with melting product A walk-in freezer full of melting dairy products A school library that was 90 degrees An office buiilding that was also at 95 degrees I had to leave to Albuquerque as it was all hands on deck to procure parts immediately as there was no waiting for parts to get shipped. I am sorry you were not considered an emergency and wasted your time. That's why I had my office call you to let you know we would not be able to help you. I am happy you found someone that was able to respond to you. Have a blessed day!

    I contacted Horizon about repair/replacing a whole-house booster pump and was quoted approximately $2,800 over the phone. Before authorizing the work, I asked for the manufacturer and model number of the proposed pump, whether it was variable-speed, what was included in the price, and the warranty. I was then told the service ticket was being closed because I was asking too many questions and was probably shopping around or did not trust them.

    Don’t ask questions about your bill unless you want to be berated by the owner. Nothing was disclosed with me about pricing until after the work was completed. I simply called to ask if I was being charged for having an apprentice assist the plumber. My asking that sparked anger in you and you literally yelled at me over the phone. Afterwards I thought maybe I did something wrong so I sent an email trying to make amends which was never responded to. As time went on I realized that I was not to blame for asking questions and that your behavior was unprofessional and rude.

    We looked up your file from 2021 and your current review in 2026- Our notes indicate we worked on 3 items. Garbage disposal, RO System, and install a drop-in sink which amounted to a grand total of $568.64. Your invoice was adjusted and you were still unhappy with our billing. To this date we do not itemize our work. We disclose our pricing and collect deposits before any work is scheduled in order to minimize billing disputes after our work is completed. We wish you the best!
