    Did a great job in 2020 and I called them to come out and do a clean out In 2025 at the same house. However, my experience with the driver was so bad, I told him to leave. Wow. I called Honey-Wagon and they never called back. It’s hard to get a loyal customer and even harder to lose one, but Honey-Wagon did it with me.

    Choose a different company. This company came to look at a repair we needed for a house we were purchasing. They pumped the tank and said it was in full working order. A week after we bought the house we noticed water coming up out of the ground where the septic was. Turns out the septic was collapsed and had been that way for atleast a year. These guys basically lied aloe have no clue what they are doing.
