Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Reviews describe quick, tidy visits. Chris writes that the crew came "on short notice" and pumped his system without leaving the yard a mess, and Tashia reports a new septic field put in fast. Damon credits John and a partner with finding a buried pump-out cover by probing the ground instead of digging up extra yard. Jonny turns up by name in reviews as well, and one homeowner describes him working out a lift station plan that shrank her septic field to one side of the yard so a pool could fit. Susan calls the technicians knowledgeable and friendly.

Local Ground
Around Sandwich, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Sandwich city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call
Damon's visit points at a decision a lot of septic owners face: keep digging to find a buried lid at every pump-out, or put in a riser once and open a hatch from then on. Holley offers riser installation, so it is a fair question for the phone call whether one would spare you that hunt.
