Heuker Excavating was recommended by Accurate Septic Services to assist with a problem we were having with our leach fields. I spoke with the owner, Duane on the phone and described the issue and he said to allow him to research the issue and he would get back to me. He contacted me early on a Sunday morning to ask if he could come out and take a look at everything, he already had the county drawings of our system to reference. After opening the valve vault and looking at it he made a recommendation as the possible fix which we agreed to on the spot.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the feedback , your kind words and patience allowing time to acquire the county drawings aided in knowing where to start . Should there be any issues that arise do not hesitate to contact us . It was great to get you back to normal .

Duane and his crew have been stellar. Installed a brand new septic system for us in record time. The caliber of individuals Duane and his employees are is just immeasurable. Our system failed….bad. Once Duane came out and saw it he immediately jumped into action working with the county to not only get the work going within a couple days but to also try to rework the system a bit for a better product than what the county initially had proposed they do. Is Duane a busy man? Yes. Did it take quite a few follow up calls on my part to get him to come out initially? Also yes.

    Response from the owner

Beng invited to join your party and have dinner while we were installing your replacement system was appreciated. Thank you for the persistence and be sure to know you the chocolate chip cookies were rationed .
