I can't say enough good things about Henson Septic! From the moment I called with my emergency, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Mallory, who answered my call, immediately put me at ease and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. That reassurance meant so much during a stressful situation. Matthew took the time to thoroughly walk me through the diagnosis, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Then Austin walked me through all of my repair options without any pressure, making sure I knew exactly what to expect.

Austin send his team (David and Matt) that found the burry septic tank quickly and saw the pipe connected to the pump it was broken and replaced it! That fixed our issues and also installed the riser for easy access next time. Great job by the guys and fair pricing. Thank u Henson Septic. Keep up the good work!
