Walked into my cabin in the country at 7:20p and the temperature was 105F - Called Heart of Texas (spoke with Josh) - he was in town at least 20 minutes away. Showed up around 7:45pm (yes arrived within 30 minutes of a call) and had me running and cooling by 8:15/8:20pm. No crazy upcharges, service fee (afterhour) and $20 for the part. Awesome service and response.

Problem was fixed efficiently. Keegun did a fine job. He was in and out quickly and area had been cleaned up. Problem was solved. Not in his job description but since I use a wheel chair at home he checked my mail and brought in a bag of cat food from my car. Great help to me. He’s a keeper. Overall good experience. Thanks.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your review, Keegan is making great strides as a young plumber. We are blessed to have some good younger plumbers and HVAC techs that are truly trying to do good quality work and be representatives of our company and its values. Thank you for using us for your plumbing needs. We look forward to serving you in the future.
