Before moving into our new home, We had discovered the Septic system needed a complete repair and did not pass inspection. This family owned business must be one of the best contractors we ever worked with. From Ann who worked with us, fielding everything and concern, as we always have city water and sewer, to her sons that worked in sequence to a complete overhaul and replacing our septic system. I highly recommend them. Honest, very reasonable, and most of all reliable. This team knows what they are doing and did the job to get our home back up and running. Thank you So Much

I need to say that Andrew came out to fix my septic pump issue. He was prompt, and gave me a time of when he'd be here. Then he kept me apprised by text of his timing, and when he was on his way. It's the best thing ever when a company keeps you apprised. He was the nicest person, and really knew his profession. He fixed the problem, and I could not be happier with this company. Do consider calling Cowan for all your needs.

After calling multiple septic companies they came out and gave us answers! They explained everything. We hired them to do the work, and it couldn't have gone more flawlessly. Start to finish they were amazing, 5 stars isn't enough. I've never seen home improvement or repair issues go so smoothly. If you need septic work, don't waste your time looking elsewhere, just call them. Thank you so much!

We hired H.J.Cowan to do a new septic drainage system. From the first call, this company showed their professionalism. The owner showed up when promised, gave us a price and the work was done. Professional, attentive, kind and a great attitude from all of them. The owner was on the job from start to finish. We highly recommend H.J. Cowan.
