If I could give more than five stars, I would. I cannot emphasize enough how high quality of a person Brian has been to work with. He took care of our home like it was his own and clear pride of work is evident in everything he did for us. We had Harrison Hoe do a perk test for us at the end 2025 for the house we were in the process of buying. We ended up putting in a new complete septic system. Again, these guys did phenomenal work and were courteous, clean, and communicative. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Brian the owner is a great guy and I can’t say enough about Chris who did the work. Septic tank pump died and they fit us in within two days and got it done. We use them for pumping our tanks as well. Great company and I highly recommended them.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers describe tank pumping, cleanouts and repairs carried out by crews they call out by name, including Chris, Adrian and Tyler. When a septic pump failed at Andy's house, the crew "fit us in within two days" and made the repair. Amanda's call for a clean out got a helpful office on the phone and a friendly crew at the tank. Peter brought them in for a perk test at a house he was buying and then a complete new system. He says Brian explained every step, and the crew backfilled and raked the yard clean and level before they left.
