  1. Dastan K.

    September 2026

Generally, I love working with Hanson, because the boys are always great at what they do and that hasn’t changed. But now they’re using a new system of approach and it requires a lot of handholding and it’s very time-consuming. I hope they go back to the old way or evolve otherwise I’ll be moving on.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, Dastan. We’re glad to hear our team’s work continues to meet your expectations, and we appreciate your continued trust in Hansen’s Plumbing. We also understand your frustration with the new process being more time-consuming. Your feedback is valuable as we look for ways to make the experience smoother and more efficient for our customers. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We look forward to providing the reliable, straightforward service you’ve come to expect from us.
