Haggard Septic was wonderful! Great service, communication, honest people. Could have pumped my liquid tank only but explained the solids tank would still be full. Came back and installed a clean out pipe. Twenty years without cleaning the septic system 🤦🏻‍♀️. If you are looking for a honest hardworking company you need to call Jesse Haggard! Thank you Jesse

Response from the owner

Loren, we appreciate your kind words and are glad Jesse and the team could help. It means a lot that our explanation and the clean out gave you confidence after twenty years. Thank you for recommending us, we value your trust and are here if you need anything in the future.

I called with a major back up into my house, included all 3 bathrooms. Jesse took the call and responded with in a short time. He corrected one problem that day. I realized I had a separate problem and called Jesse back the next day. Jesse and his son came out and fixed the 2nd problem. Both men stayed late to fix the plumbing issue. The septic tank is flowing as it should. Jesse was a blessing and I’m so thankful for all the help I received from him and his son!! I would recommend their service to anyone that are having septic tank problems!!

Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review, Geno. We’re glad Jesse and his son were able to resolve both issues and that your septic is flowing properly. We appreciate your recommendation and your trust in us.

CALL JESSE! I would highly recommend this company. Jesse was great, very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him. I had my septic tank pumped a few years ago, by a well know place in Mt Sterling and come to find out, that company only pumped one side out. I wouldn't have know there was 2 sides if Jesse didn't show me. You could definitely tell it had never been cleaned out by the previous company. Haggard Septic Solutions is the only place I will call if I have any septic problems in the future. So if you are having a septic problem give Jesse a call.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Trish, for the fantastic review and recommendation. We're thrilled Jesse provided knowledgeable, thorough service and discovered the missed side of your tank, we pride ourselves on doing the job right. We appreciate your trust in Haggard Septic Solutions and look forward to helping with any future septic needs. Your kind words about our professionalism, politeness, and reasonable pricing mean a lot.
