Never had a truly great experience with this company but as of recently it has gotten even worse. Requested to not have our yard be on their pre planned service schedule this year and to just do one fertilization possibly two. I had said if I did a second one I’d like to talk to someone about when the best time would be. No one ever reached out. Fast forward the first time of the season they came out and missed massive areas of our lawn with the fertilizer. I thought no big deal we just won’t have them come out again.

    Response from the owner

I didn’t go outside when they finished the patio. They did a great job leveling the patio but I was disappointed that they didn’t use the polymeric joint compound to fill in around the pavers. The plants were small and a couple looked pretty rough.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for your feedback! We’ll share your thoughts with our team to improve on joint filling and plant care.

Greenup was easy to communicate with, provided a good quote and price, and the employee who did the pest control spray was polite and professional. My only concern was how the pest control spray was administered inside the house, seemingly in places it shouldn’t have been applied, but I am expecting a call back from Greenup to help me understand their process.

    Response from the owner

We really appreciate your review, Rebecca! The Greenup Lawn, Landscape, & Sprinklers team is always here to create and maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Let us know when you’re ready for your next project!

They were able to get me in right away and were very thorough, they checked every sprinkler head, replaced what was broken and didn't leave until the system went thru every station
