This company came on my property without my knowledge and proceeded to dig up one of my field lines. They broke the pipe and left. I later received a quote from them for $13k to replace my system. We had never had any issues with our system. After multiple calls to this company, they would not come back and repair the damage they caused. I repaired the pipe at my own expense and had another company come out to inspect and prove that it is working as designed. I paid for this also. Just beware, they will not do the right thing.

Hey Toby, We definitely had permission to be on your property. Your realtor had us do a septic inspection, she was there during the visit. Your septic system is failing, and we gave several proposals from repair to replacement.

Service after the sale was horrible. They did not come back to cover up the septic system and the line between the house and the water company broke. They refused to come and fix it cause it was too far and I was out of pocket 300 bucks. Unacceptable. … specifically don’t take jobs that you can’t completely complete. It’s not fair to your customers. I’m seeing a lawsuit here …so I can get my money back. You have a guarantee on your website that my pipes are gonna be happy but they’ve been crying rivers ever since.

Would give a zero if I could.. System has been in use a little over a year (15 months) and we paid $7200. We were told today, our pump or sprayers (or possibly both) have gone out and need replacing.. the cost would range from $1200- almost $3000. Not to mention, they were called out 2 months after the system was installed about a scent and a couple of times, thereafter. The technicians have been wonderful, but the company and its policies are horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... Save yourself the headache.

Tonya, I hate reading this because I know how frustrating that situation feels on your end. A septic system is not something anyone wants to think about twice, let alone deal with repairs on that soon. That said, I do want to clear up a couple things for anyone reading this. We were very responsive every time you reached out, including shortly after the installation when you noticed odors. Each time, our team came out promptly and worked through what was going on with the system. What we found over time was not a failure of the installation itself, but how the system was being used. Septic systems, especially advanced treatment systems with spray components, are sensitive to things like grease, wipes, and certain household products. When those get introduced, they can clog pumps and spray heads, which is what led to the failure we discussed. We did our best to explain proper usage and even offered reduced pricing to help with the repair, but the damage unfortunately falls outside of what any warranty covers. These systems simply aren’t designed to handle everything being put into them. I do appreciate you mentioning our technicians. They really do care and try to do right by people.
