Jose is exceptionally knowledgeable about septic services and ways we can improve septic maintenance on our end. We have a old concrete tank that the lids were extremely heavy and broken in pieces. He suggested when he did our service a few months back that we might want to improve our septic tank cover access. Jose gave us a fair price and was out here yesterday to install the new access covers. His concern to not damage any sprinkler heads, and protect the concrete & bricks around the lawn as well as not turn the wheels of the skip loader on the grass was very much appreciated!

Called for septic pump out (house purchased 28 months ago) Turned out there were 2 chambers needing to be pumped out… one (primary chamber) had never accessed before in 37 years And needed to be dug down to septic tank as no riser present, Secondary chamber had broken handles on lid at tank level and had not been pumped for several years. Green valley understood the situation correctly and worked quickly on a solution, installing new risers and lids as needed. Now the original install is correct and serviceable. Great job!

Response from the owner

Thank you Tim. We are happy we found the solution for your system.see you on the next one.
