We had Granville Septic Service pump our septic tank in Franklinton and we were very impressed with their responsiveness and fast turnaround time. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service was fantastic!

Holden did a great job servicing our septic system. He responds quickly to phone calls and text messages, showed up when he said he would, and updated us during the job. He also found an issue with our lid and put us in touch with a great repairman that quickly fixed the issue. The price was fair and I could not be happier with the service.

Just had my septic pumped and let me tell you, Holden is very professional and reliable. They came out on the day we told him we would be home and these days it's hard to get someone to accommodate to your schedule. Very happy and satisfied with their services and we will definitely be calling them back when needed. Thanks again fellas.

Called spoke to a guy holden, gave me false hope with a price and said he could do it. I stopped searching and tried to schedule it, reached out a week later no answer, then I littlery called another 20 times also texted over the next 3/4 months.
