    I've been using these guys for 7 years. Seven. Years. Really disappointed in the service from the phone lately. I called to ask for simple information on what was done by the technician, so that I could file a request for insurance reimbursement. All I need is for the 1. reason for the call 2. what was performed 3. issue was resolved written on the receipt. Toilet clogged. Tech pumped out tanks. Toilet flushed correctly. She stated she could only write what the tech wrote, but he jotted down some obtuse very quick notes.

    I used this company to inspect an above ground septic system on a lot where a house had previously existed and was demolished. They informed me it didn't pass in inspection and offered a "Sand Mound Package" including opening laterals, gem jetting, etc. After completing this they said it passed inspection and was ready to build. A year later, I went back for the paperwork, and they incorrectly listed this work for another lot that I had (which did not have a septic system). They then offered a discounted second inspection, which I reluctantly accepted.

    Needed my septic pumped. They came out and used a transmitter to locate my solids tank since I had recently bought house and didn’t know location. Tank was found, they needed their excavator to dig up. Found a cracked lid also. Got my tanks pumped out, lid replaced and they put all the dirt back. Nice clean job!!! I own an HVAC company and refer them all the time. I will say I am glad I do. They did a great job. Their employees were friendly, accommodating and did a great job. Price was excellent as well. Thank You!!!!
