    I've used them multiple times for potty rentals and tank pumps. Potty's are always super clean and well stocked. Just yesterday, we had our septic pumped. The driver was so nice. He educated us on a few things about the tank and a few tips/tricks. Highly recommend.

    We used Got-A--Go last week to clean our septic system and they did a great job. They were very helpful and considerate to us and our neighbor. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them.

    It's rare I ever write a review. I have made an exception for Gotta Go. Service is Very Unreliable, Driver comes early or comes late you never know mays as well flip a coin. If the weather is not idea Matt will cancel the service without notice and refuses to allow the drivers to come out. In northern, KY we will always face good and bad weather and if all businesses used the weather as an excuse to refuse services most businesses would last long.

    We appreciate the feedback and understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused. In this particular situation, the unit was located off the driveway and would have required driving through a saturated yard during heavy rainfall, so we made the decision to postpone service to avoid the risk of our vehicle becoming stuck, causing property damage, or creating an unsafe situation for our driver. We did communicate that we would return as soon as conditions safely allowed. We always aim to provide reliable service while also prioritizing safety for our driver and equipment.
