Well, of course it had to be Easter Sunday, 4:00 when our sump pump was continuously pumping. Our floor had soap bubbles all around it and we were very confused. The bubbles were from letting the dishwater out of the kitchen sink but why? We got Pat to come out and we had already dug up the area around the tank lid. To our surprise, the tank was full. (Cleaned out just 2 years prior) he could partially pump it out as his truck was full. Very knowledgeable and he will be coming back this week to finish fixing and pumping.

Called for routine Septic maintenance. They booked us quickly, called when they were on their way as requested. Arrived when they said they would. Did the job and left, sent a bill later in the mail. Very good service.

We are impressed, Gopher was very forthright in telling me to wait till the ground thaws, I am impressed with the honesty and genuine concern. We will be calling them after the great thaw! Others told me up to $375 with no mention of frozen ground or problems associated with the same.

Before You Call

For a tank that needs pumping, the immediate decision is whether pumping alone fits the job or excavation may also be needed. One useful phone question is which service the crew expects the job to require.
