Just had my septic system pumped by a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman from Glen Knight. Price was very reasonable, service was prompt. Will call them again!

Excellent service from beginning to end. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and Jeff was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointing. Contacted Glen Knight on July 15th 2025 to inquire about some Septic work. A few days later a gentlemen came out to my property and we talked about what I was looking for. He left saying they would be back in a couple of weeks with someone from the town to do soil tests. Waited......A young lady finally showed up with someone from the town in October to do the tests. Waited again.....then at the beginning of December received a text message say that they were just finishing up plans....Reached out half way through January 2026 to find out whats going on, no response.

Would like to give a glowing review to your company. You are well represented by one of your employees, Jeff. My elderly parents experienced a septic backup. Jeff along with my dad and a couple of my brothers were able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Jeff with his many years (25 years) of experience was accurate in his assessment and calm in his demeanour throughout the process. To the public: if you need a company to solve and rectify a septic system issue this is a company that is timely and knows what they are doing.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers describe pumping, backups and fast turnarounds. Rob wrote that his parents' septic backup was resolved quickly by Jeff, who has 25 years of experience. Richard described a tank pump-out that also turned up a second tank and had risers installed in short order, ahead of yard leveling the next week. Several others point to speed. Z said the company helped them "out of a jam", and vincent called the response on very short notice a standout. Not every account is positive. Ryan described waiting from July 2025 to January 2026 on septic plans after a soil test visit, with no reply to his follow-up.
