I've owned a home with a septic system for 15 years, and I've used my fair share of septic folks. Nick and his crew were the most honest, kind, and overall trustworthy folks we've ever used! If you need your septic repaired or maintained, these are the guys to call. I truly appreciate all their help and kindness today.

Gibbs Septic Services has a great crew. They are awesome and fair. I have used their services twice for different reasons and will continue to use them. They know what they are doing and they show up when they tell you unlike some others I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Gibbs.

Had a really good experience with them. I had just moved into my house and I believed that I needed to pump my septic tank due to the fact that a lot of the water was backing up so I called them out. They kept me updated with their ETA and when they got out to my house they were honest and ended up telling me that I didn't need to get pumped but just needed to get unclogged due to some roots. Definitely recommend them to the rest of my family and friends as they are honest people and do good work.

Very professional, timely. Would definitely recommend. Took the time to inform me about when to service, how to find our tank and what to look out for!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners describe calling crew members Nick, Eli, and Richie for tank maintenance and sudden backups. The crew cleared roots rather than pumping a tank that did not need service after water backed up in a home, and Nehemias noted that the team "kept me updated with their ETA" before arriving. Buyers Jill and John turned to the company for septic inspections during house purchases, while Joshua praised the crew for finishing morning appointments on schedule.
