Huge shout-out to Genesis Septic. I called them in today to clear up an "inspection" that another company did, and Duane and his crew went out of their way to make sure that I was not paying for work that did not need to be done. He even went as far as contacting the right department to make sure that I got everything in writing. If you need anything septic-related, I highly recommend Duane and his team at Genesis. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Thank you, Genesis Septic Solutions!

Called on a saturday about a backed up system, they made an appointment on Monday to come help. The crew was extremely helpful, helped me understand what was going on, and educated me on how the system works. We all worked together, and due to their quick response our septic system is now unclogged. Reasonable rates and very generous. Thanks!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Adam! We appreciate your business and we are happy to help.

Best service imaginable! These guys, from their service team to the engineers and the owner, are a top tier company. I can't be more happy about the work they did. We needed to replace our faulty 40 year old septic system in a way we didn't plan for (emergency!) and Genesis took care of us in a quick, orderly, courteous and efficient way from start to finish. 1st class operation and the best customer service of any local company I've ever worked with. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. Thank you Genesis!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for this incredibly kind review! It means a great deal to us that you felt supported and taken care of every step of the way. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and are thankful to have customers like you! If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here. The Genesis Septic Solutions Team

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

When a system backs up, reviewers say this crew moves fast. Adam called on a Saturday about a backed-up system and had a Monday appointment, crediting their "quick response" with getting the system unclogged. Dom and Tonya both describe a crew arriving the same day they called. The work in those reviews runs from routine tank pump-outs to an emergency replacement of a 40-year-old system, including one septic tank set during freezing fog. Several customers name Duane directly and describe a crew that takes time to explain what is going on with the system.

Before You Call

A failing system forces one decision early: another pump-out now or a new installation, and Genesis Septic Solutions does both. If a property sale is setting your deadline, ask whether the real estate septic inspection can be scheduled inside your closing window.
