G.D. Allen & Son septic/excavation in OH

Top notch business. Quick to return a phone call for service. In addition, I was having a problem with a smell in my yard and needed help determining if it was from the septic system or my propane tank. Austen came out ON A SUNDAY to check. He also offered to pick up a new cover for me which saved me a 90 minute round trip to WCH and had it installed within the same week. I am a thankful customer!

Austin was very professional and quick to respond. He also took the time to explain the function of the septic tank and preventative maintenance for the future. Highly recommended

Don't depend on this company because I called them and left a message and they said they would get back to me, the next day I called again, well they never did call me back so it's a waste of time to even to call them. So you might start calling a more professional business

Septic tank clean out

Austen made time on the weekend to pump my septic tanks and help me out. He even lowered his price for me after seeing the situation I was in. He was very professional and helpful, while being very responsive to phone calls or texts. I would absolutely recommend him and this company for any of your septic needs.
