Butch was a lifesaver for us! He came out at 10 PM to help us with our septic tank, and we honestly couldn’t have been more grateful. We were so nervous because we didn’t know much about septic systems, but Butch immediately put us at ease. Even though it was the middle of the night, he took the time to explain everything to us, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood what was going on. He was absolutely amazing, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. They definitely have a customer for life now!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! ❤️ We’re so glad Butch was able to be there for you when you needed us most. A septic emergency at 10 PM is certainly not how anyone wants to spend their night, but it truly means a lot to know that he was able to put your minds at ease and take the time to explain everything. It was genuinely a pleasure helping you, and we’re incredibly grateful for your trust in Fogle’s. We’ll be here whenever you need us- day or night! Welcome to the Fogle’s family! 😊
