    Exceptional service. I'd give Lynn a11 out of 10 revirw. Lynn found I had an additional chamber, and pumped it resulting in fixing the issue. I'll be using them again in the future!

    I called these crooks at 10:00 in the morning. Trapped at home all day waiting with no updates, when I finally called they ultimately sent a tech about 6:00 in the evening. When he arrived he wouldn’t listen to me or check what I asked- he was very verbose and difficult to understand and finally I gave up trying. I asked my husband to speak to him and we finally gleaned that rather than checking what we’d asked, he was pressuring us to just start excavating our yard and putting thousands of dollars into repairs- he didn’t even know where the septic cap was. He parked on top of it.

    I should have looked at the reviews before scheduling an appointment with this company. I scheduled an appointment with this company to have my septic pumped a week ago. I checked in this morning to verify my appointment and verify they were coming out. I had already dug out the dirt to expose the lids so they can get the job done. Long story short they informed me that they were not going to make it after a wasted day keeping my schedule open for them to arrive. This isn't the first time this has happened.

    I called FloHawks at 10:35am on Monday for an urgent septic tank pumping because water in the house was draining slowly. Given a 1-6pm window which was confirmed again at 11:50am. I was told I would get an update when they were on the way or if they were delayed. I called back at 4:50pm to check on timing and was told they might be later than 6pm. I called again at 7:40pm and was told they were coming but it could be as late as 9pm. I called again at 9:05pm to ask if they were really coming out. Keep in mind that I have used virtually no water while stuck at home for the past 8 hours.
