Had a bad clog on the lines leading to my septic system, that caused water to come up from my sinks after using them (Grease in the lines, I called FloHawks and asked for an emergency inspection on my septic, they gave me an initial ballpark cost and had a tech out only a few hours after my call. They sent a young man named Eli and he was very knowledgeable, skilled an was able to trace the issue efficiently after accessing the cover, he also inspected other items at my request and gave me a reasonable final price well under the 1k+ I'd expected if it was a septic failure.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad you reached out and that we could get someone out quickly when you needed it. It’s great to hear that Eli was able to efficiently identify the issue, walk you through everything, and get things resolved without it turning into a larger problem. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him, he’ll really appreciate it. Thank you again for trusting FloHawks, and we’re here anytime you need us in the future!

We called about a plumbing issue at our house in Gig Harbor on Wednesday night at 7PM; despite the 24/7 listing on google, there are no night techs on duty, but we were assured that we would be put on the list and taken care of first thing on Thursday morning. FloHawks called me at 7:10AM Thursday, saying we were second in line for a tech to visit us. I called back at 11AM to see if there was some kind of ETA; we were still assured that we were second on the list, and the tech would reach out to us as soon as they completed the repair they were currently performing.

Timely and very nice in person, however, 1) I sat around all day Saturday only to get rescheduled. 2) They said a septic pump would cost $580 over the phone including the submittal to the county. They then added a $100 inspection fee once the bill was presented to me. There are cheaper places to get your septic pumped that will be honest about the cost upfront.

FloHawks plumbing serviced my home last February, and I was disappointed with the experience. The plumber used shark bite fittings instead of more professional methods like copper solder or press, which I’ll need to replace for long-term reliability. He also left a mess, leaving drywall and debris on the floor after cutting. On top of that, he spent 30 minutes sitting in his van on an iPad and charged me for the time. I won’t be using FloHawks again and plan to rely on Port Orchard Plumbing, who has been fantastic, for future needs. 2/6/25 Update: Tina reached out. Why speak up now?

    Response from the owner

Hi Cody, we are deeply sorry to hear that your experience with us turned out less than ideal. We'd love the opportunity to discuss further with you, please reach out to Tina at TinaBriggeman@flohawks.com. Thank you!

Incredible company. I had an emergency septic issue and they were able to get out same day and handled it with ease. They were done quickly and kept everything nice and clean. 5 out of 5 and I’ll be using them from here on out.
