I called and a girl answered, who I knew didn't work for them, saying whatever. I went to where the map indicated their address was, and they weren't there anymore.

I called about 11 times. They never answered. They never called back or sent a message.

Terrible... Extremely irresponsible. I made a service appointment, they didn't arrive at the agreed time. I called several times and they never answered. After an hour and a half, they finally deigned to call and reschedule for the next day. The next day they never showed up or called to apologize, and it was the same story: you call and call and nobody answers. Businesses like this are useless; they have little ethics and absolutely no customer service.
