I was having drain issues after the last thunderstorm flooded my basement. I reached out via email on Sunday night by Monday morning I received a response back from Shaun detailing and provided a quote for my concerns. Such a speedy response was greatly appreciated. Spoke to Pete right after I received the response. He’s awesome. I explained what I had relayed to Shaun in email (drain along with cesspool pumping) and he understood my concerns. Set an appointment up for early the following day. Pete came with Aiden and they began the work on my drain, cesspool, septic tank the whole nine yards.

Ok, so this review is long overdue. I want to say thank you to Pete and Shawn; they really are the finest around. A day before my grandma's funeral, my cesspool backed up late in the evening. After calling around, Pete and Shawn were the only ones who offered to come out and drain the cesspool, even though it was late in the day. They were super understanding and very reasonable as well. They discovered that my cesspool was collapsing and had old corroded piping as well. We discussed options until I was able to have them do the replacement later on.

Finest Cesspool is absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, their service was professional, prompt, and beyond thorough. They arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly. The team was courteous, respectful of my property, and left everything spotless when they were done. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, Finest Cesspool truly lives up to their name. Highly, highly recommend!
